获得SRES称号的步骤

步骤1 - Complete the 高级立博中文专家(SRES) course.

Complete the two-day SRES class with 冠军立博中文学院®.

步骤2 - Maintain good membership status with the NAR and SRES Council.

All tuition fees include your first-year membership dues into designation associations. After your first year, the NAR® dues are $120 per agent. This amount is billed to all active REALTOR® and REALTOR® Associate members through their primary local association and is due by January 1st. SRES Council dues are $99/year, after your first year.

步骤3 - Display your SRES designation logo in your advertisements.

Once you have met all of your designation requirements, and officially been awarded your designation from the NAR, you may call yourself a SRES designee and display the SRES logo on all advertisements.
